Privacy Policy

Last updated October 30, 2026

This policy explains what information Headless Dev, LLC collects through headlessdev.io and how we use it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What this site collects

This site has no cookies, no analytics, no advertising trackers and no accounts. We do not build visitor profiles.

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may record technical details such as your IP address and browser type to operate and secure its service. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives similar technical details when your browser requests them. Each provider handles that data under its own privacy policy.

Project intake form

The intake form at /start/ sends us the answers you submit, including your name, email, company and project details. While you fill it out, a draft is saved in your own browser so you can return to it, and it never leaves your device until you submit. We use your answers to review your project, reply in writing and, if we agree to work together, to scope the work. We do not sell or rent them.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it to reply, to scope a project and to run any work we agree to do together. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Client project data

Data we handle while building or supporting software for a client is governed by the written agreement for that project.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers we rely on to run the business, such as email, hosting and payment processing, or when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@headlessdev.io and we will take care of it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
